They should lock him up and throw away the key IF he did ALL this woman claims.
My first thought was if there were children in that car. My second thought was
just how many people this man could have KILLED on the miles and miles of
pursuit he took after this woman in his 5,000 lb car IF he did ALL this woman claims. Sounds a lot like intent with a deadly weapon to me.
JUDGE we don't want to see this guy out again so do your best this time and
NO MORE CHANCES. Sounds like many of us were lucky to have escaped
this mans wrath THIS TIME. Were there drugs fueling this incident again?

REGARDING:
"Read the story. It says allegedly….not proven and not a fact. Innocent until proven guilty."

Yep, it's always possible somebody else was trying to ram her and she used to opportunity to go after the innocent ex. If paint was swapped, tests can determine whether to hypothetical other attacker also stole the ex's car to do the attack. Imaginary people are creative.

It's always possible she made the whole thing up and the gentleman was just shy around law enforcement officers so he ran. It's possible.

And, of course people are actually guilty or innocent regardless of what a jury decides. It is a fact that they did it or it is a fact that they didn’t do it, no matter what a court says. It is just that they aren't LEGALLY guilty until officially proclaimed to be so and most of us don‘t know the fact unless present and even witnesses misinterpret what they saw. For example, if you see someone commit a crime, you can say so even before he is convicted or even if he is never charged.

This man needs to be locked up and not let out! He could have killed innocent people with his stupidity....I have children and grandchildren in and around that area this story really scared me to think what damage he could have done.

My biggest concern in reading this is whether or not the children were in the car with their mother. This man is obviously violent. If you chase someone in a car and ram his or her vehicle, then the intent is maim or kill. My plea to the justice system is, "Please keep this man locked up." My parents live close to this man on the same road, and my children often visit them. He could've crashed into homes or people at the high rate of speed of which he was traveling. Keep people safe! Lock him up!

I'm glad they got him. But now lets see if they r going to let him go like always. It seems to me everytime he gets in trouble they just give him a slap on the back and turn him a loose..!!!
