@ James Broel.. So just because they aren’t ready for more inmates means that they should just let sick people walk around our community endangering our kids, families, and friends. There is no excuse…it’s just sad.

There is a huge difference between my generation (20s) and younger and the generations before me. There are more and more punks and low lifes at my generation and younger. More drug abuse, more crimes, more sexual abuse are being caused by younger people. Its sickening that a 17 yr old gets treated like an 8 yr old. He should have done harsh time for this. All he got was a smack on the hand. I appluad those mothers for going after him like they did! He deserved so much more. And these bleeding hearts need to wake up. Its because of you guys that no one is allowed to discipline their children anymore. that is why Juvys are packed out, children are completely uncontrollable now a days and parents are going to jail because they discipline their children. All I know, is he is lucky he didnt have my parents growing up… He would have been begging for his life. Its about time a mother takes things into her own hands. Imagine how that baby felt while this 17 yr old was hurting him. It took a year before that baby spoke out, and majority of them never do. They are haunted for the rest of their lives, trust is no longer in their vocabulary. Think about all that and tell me that those mothers had no right to beat him. Hell, in other countries he would be put to death! Talking does not work, we have tried it for years, its time to take action. Maybe then people would understand that if you mess up one time, your DONE!

Not long enough…I am not sure the Florida Correction Institutions are ready for more and more inmates. I can see our governor shutting some of them down or giving the responsibility to private corporation owner buddies he has.

Seriously? Two years? That’s it!!!! How is it that when 17 year old’s rob a store, most of them are charged as adults, but when a 17 year old MOLESTS a helpless child, he is charged as a YOUTHFUL offender? This young ADULT knew what he was doing. This is why crimes are skyrocketing in this country, the punishments for crimes are definitely not harsh enough. This is when I seriously wish that our criminal justice system were more like other countries. If you steal, you get a finger and/or hand cut off. It would definitely make people think before they break the law. This guy serves a little over a year for molesting this child, but this child will have this horrifying memory for the rest of his life. That or he will push it in the back of his mind and it will seriously cause long term damage to future relationships. God bless the child he hurt oh so deeply!

See, as I have said before…..these sexual predators, young or old, are not getting they correct type of punishment, or correct amount of time. It is going to get to the point that our citizens are going to start taking the law into their own hands……justicie is not being served for these poor, helpless children. Our justice system needs revising!!!!!!

C’mon man! If that would of been my family member, he would of begged for an extension cord. Also, 2 years?? He messed up a kids life and only gets 2? People get real!
