		<description>Not sure who decided all of these pedestrian intersection improvements was the best use of our money...the sidewalks which go nowhere are my personal favorites.

I would much rather see this money spent on synchronizing the existing traffic lights, or changing the programming so that you don&#039;t get a &quot;red&quot; at an intersection of Hwy 29 and some small intersection when there is not even a car at the side street of the intersection.</description>

		<description>This is good but when are they going to put in a turn light for Detroit Blvd.  That intersection is always dangerous for anyone making a left turn at Hwy 29 from either direction on Detroit.  After living down Detroit, near Pine Forest for over 30 years, I would have thought that making that turn would have improved by now, especially with WalMart on Hwy. 29  and so many businesses on 9 Mile but it&#039;s still the same &quot;take you chances&quot; situation.</description>
