So this was at least his second time offense. Thats about right.
Child molesters get at least 2 chances to try and get it right before Florida judges do anything, and thats IF they do anything.
Since we can’t count on the system, maybe we can count on the inmates to get the job done.

TO former CO After 35 years working in prison you should know life for a inmate is not all about the officers/inmates. Officers go home if he tells a JIT to shut up then what? His looks will be enough for his life to suck.

Well 429SCJ the thing that went right (as opposed to wrong) is that we are trying to live in a society together and do the best we can. In my view…and I know we will disagree, no matter how bad the crime nobody else deserves equally bad treatment put upon them.

To: Just a Call, I worked for 35 years at several state prisons to include ACI east. he is not going to get what he deserves. He will never have to work, he will be fed 3 meals a day, He will back talk staff and when one of them tells him to shut up he will file a grievance and the officer will get a reprimand for unprofessional conduct. He will tie up our courts with frivolous lawsuits and basically cost the taxpayers millions to keep his sorry tail alive.
To: 429SCJ, I would have no problem passing a sentence of death on an evil person such as this one. I am certain that several of our judges would not have a problem either. Our current laws do not allow the death sentence to be imposed on this crime since the unfortunate victim was not killed.

People should not be critical of our justice system, it is a difficult thing to pass a sentence of death, even on a monster such as this one.
