		<description>If they don&#039;t charge enough to cover expected losses, they will get the extra money from those who do not live on the coast in buildings not built to withstand EXPECTED weather events.

If they build structures capable of withstanding expected weather events, insurance will not be expensive and they won&#039;t have to stick it to those who do not build multimillion dollar structures on sand.
