@me. That is exactly the point if you take the due process away from him then it could be taken from the innocent as well. Precidence will have been set!
I agree with you one hundred percent that he sealed his fate and made his own decission to do what he did. But, he still should get due process. Because to deney will be to deney all of us due process if it were one of us. other wise your discriminating and possibly opening the door for us all to loose our rights!

There are costs and delays in the execution of justice, but generally, it’s worth it.

Therefore, if you completely eliminated the Florida judiciary and just shot all accused people on the spot, you would only save seventy cents per hundred dollars of the Florida budget. The price in lawlessness would be much higher than the little gain.

Jim, what about the rights of the people he robbed…and the innocent customers? He was caught…he deserves nothing. He had planned this and he carried it out. He made the decision and sealed his own fate when he stepped out out of the car and when he put his foot inside that business

For all of you who just want to get it over by just throwing him in the klink. You better stop and think about what you are asking for here. Although it does appear on the surface in large measure he is guilty he still has a right to due process. To deny that process is to deny his rights. Therefore setting presidence for other trials and then it could be you the victim one of these days not having due process! So, careful what you ask for.
I am very aware of the cost to taxpayers as I pay taxes as well. But a part of paying taxes is to see that you get fair and just treatment by law enforcement and the Government over all. The Constitution dictates how the citizens of our Government will be Governed and treated which is the law of the land. For the people and by the people!

Maybe he has Trial and gets to go through the process because he, just as anyone else in this country has the right to a fair trial.That hopefully have people a little smarter than you on the jury.Mistakes can be made and innocent people can be wrongly accused.It Happens believe it or not..So until its over…Just stop with all the taxpayer money skit’ please..If you know so much maybe you should be down there on the witness stand showing all your evidence..i mean you seem to be soooo sure he is guilty that no trial is needed.I believe in do the crime do the time also..but i believe if there is by some chance he didnt do it then he has a right to be going back home,,But oh wait,if he didnt do it he has no home now, He has lost everything.So if he didnt do it all the fine people that are so sure he did..Can pat yourselves on the back. and say oh sorry you lost everything..We were just so sure you did it that we never thought about , “What if he didnt”…Yes Someone walked into that pharmacy.but without knowing all the facts i personally believe in innocent until proven guilty….Unlike all of you i see on here making comments..Its people like you that put jesus on the cross,,Judging without even a second look at possibly he is telling the truth…But maybe Karma will find you someday in the same situation when you didnt do something but no one in the world believes you..People like you that try to convict someone without fairness/you just know it all and that should be enough proof..Well people like you make me sick..I pay taxes and so does all my family,,I dont have a problem with anything that taxes pay if its going to prove beyond a shadow af a doubt someone is innocent or guilty.Id rather be certain before putting an innocent person away,just as id rather be certain before letting a guilty person walk..So think on that a little while..ANd pay your taxes..ill pay mine..Rou may just find yourself needing taxpayers money an time someday yourself,,So please spare the taxpayer Skit..If you even pay very much to start with…Alot of people dont!
