I DO like the concept of felony murder.

This gentleman and a friend committed armed robbery. The victim decided not to be a victim and killed the friend. Since the friend and ODW were committing a felony at the time leading to the killing, this makes ODW part of the murder.

and it only took about 40 run-ins with the law and a single killing to finally put a stop to it.
