When u try to go straight or turn left (north) onto hwy 29….the light will not turn green keeping the traffic backed up on kingsfield:( crazy mess

I am just confused as to how this is East Kingsfield? Aren’t the addresses split according to which side of Palafox they are on. The construction was on the West Side of Hwy 29 (and Palafox) Just Curious
