Put him in a barbed wire enclosure in the rain with no shelter or food/water for a few weeks before he goes to jail! I will never understand why people will do such bad things to animals! If you don't want them chances are someone does...post a sgn, call a rescue group, even check with your church for help finding homes for these animals. And if you know someone is mistreating animals...CALL the Humane Society! As for those who mistreat animals, I hope there is a special place in Hell for them, since a lot of times they get off too easily.
