I think that Char was just using that as a figure of speech about using his fists on a handcuffed person. The facts are in on MacArthur, he was found guilty no more facts needed. What was shown on video from the jail was certainly clear enough evidence for me. MacArthur used excessive force on a handcuffed inmate(maybe not to the extent of using fists). I for one hope that they also remove his LEO credentials. A person with his temper does not need to have a gun strapped to his side.

Nope, you never know all the facts and under your requirements we would always have to be completely silent. If there are facts which we need to know, please feel free to provide them or perhaps YOU – - – no, never mind.

Good to know the fellow is recovering and hope he is more careful either regarding any future girlfriends or turning his back on those he angers.

Discussion regarding proper charges shouldn’t bother his family. They are free to offer suggestions. The lady’s friends are also free to defend her actions — after all, maybe she is just a bad driver or just happened to be distracted when he just happened to be in the way.

This is how things get blown out of proportion, I’ve much aware what was on the news but know Char is saying he used his fist, come on guys lets not throw something out there that didn’t happen.

The victim is recouping, but it’s going to take time, but all these comments that are being made, remember his family is reading all of this and all you’re doing is hurting them with the comments. My prayers got out to the family….
