This place is more akin to Langley Va. or Ft Mead Md. and continues to grow. I noticed 400,000 new members, is membership open to just active duty military/retirees and federal employees or can anyone just walk in off the street and join? It would seem a navy credit union HQ would be more at home in Annapolis Md, as opposed to Beulah. I know people are desperate for work, but it would be just awful to loose the Langley Bell 4H Center.
