North bound traffic turning on to 97 will find cars stopped trying to turn onto Crabtree Rd. The cars behind them watching south bound traffic on 29 will look up in front of them and find a stopped car and they then have no where to go. If you are turning south onto 29 it's best not to stop at the stop sign because the driver behind you will be looking north checking south bound traffic and you'll be rear ended. If the fast food place goes in on the northwest corner it's only going to be worse. Yes the FHP numbers show this is the worse intersection in the county---most are rear end hits.
