Curb appeal is lacking from photo the house needs a new roof and bleaching down the exterior. Landscaping needs some attention as well. And so if the outside starts this way you know the inside could use many upgrades for the homes age. Not to say it’s not a nice home but you need a lot of updating and upgrades for the asking price. Really don’t think with all that being said that it would ever sell given the location for that kind of money.!!!!!! Just my opinion.

Sounds like some of you are very jealous! I have been in this home and it is beautiful and needs no updating, certainly not an 80’s kitchen. Very tastfully done and a wonderful setting. Obviously some of you do not know value.

Actually, temp maid, if you go on pensacola mls .com there are plenty of 4 to 5 thousand square ft homes on more acreage in the northend district that are priced in 2 to 3 hundred thousand dollar range. Very affordable and in alot better location than skeeter flats. I too love the home but I think that the seller is way out of line in his asking price. I do wish him luck in this economy in selling his home though.

Cleaned this house once, I was helpling a friend to do some summer cleaning,This house is very beautiful, no 1980’s nothing, Mrs. Campbell is a very sweet lady and has a syle of her own, would love to have this home anyday, but like most of you can’t afford it!!!!

This is a beautiful home… consider the location…Century… The price will never fly in that location. Especially with almost daily noted police presence. On a good day they might get $500,000 thats if they sell to someone that has no idea about what Century is all about. Sorry Century but your standards as a fine community are at the bottom of the list.

No its not in a swamp and it has been there since 1987 and has never flooded! Its a beautiful home and full of beautiful memories I don’t know where you get the 80.S kitchen oh yeah you’ve never been there, to bad. I love it!!!
