Too many permits which take way too long and no incentives! Nothing has changed here in 30 years, except Pensacola is more run down looking. Not a way to attract tourists! Never seen the likes except maybe Gingrich who while his wife just came out of breast cancer surgery tells her, I mean just came back to her room, he was leaving her for another woman that he hadn't loved her in years. Got that from her room-mate in the hospital in Atlanta. Rick Scott wouldn't know a good policy if he tripped over it. Rick Scott is crazy in love with himself.
