It seems the pre-trial diversion program form 08 didn't help him enough. On the other hand, it was terminated due to incarceration elsewhere in 09 so maybe it just didn't have enough time to persuade him to repent. Oh, well maybe eventually he'll get his act together and go into race care driving or politics. However, would he have driven 100 mph (if the Kia actually did that), running stop signs and on the wrong side of the road if he had not been pursued? They knew who he was and probably where he lived and could have given him a few minutes and picked him up at home. If he had been armed and dangerous and driving like this to start with I can understand the chase but who put the public in the most danger? I remember a guy being chased in Brewton that killed a beloved principal and coach not too long ago and people on this website slammed Brewton PD for the chase. However, I'm glad he's caught and not one was hurt. Don’t get me wrong, I’m 100% glad he got caught.
