As the economy worsens, the nations lockups are filling up, with petty and grand theft offenders. If current events in cities around the U.S. are any indication, things are only getting worse. I would imagine that directives for extreme action by Law Enforcement, will be comming down the chain as things continue to deteriorate. A strong dose of Martial Law will take the popularity out of metal and other thefts, in a hurry. Let us pray that does not come to pass.
