You feel he pled guilty bc he was scared… So if you were charged with molesting an innocent child; would you plead guilty for a light sentence? You think an innocent man would allow himself to be labeled a pedophile? Really? That’s ridiculous. This is not about Indians. Not about other people who have gotten away with rape before.. Not about you being abused.. This is about the victims of this sicko… Those poor little boys will re-live what he did to them over and over!… It’s a sad sad story… But what is more tragic is that he will be out in no time..and will do it again. You can’t fix that kind of sickness. What are you trying to justify here? The way I see it is he got off easy…

Are you kidding me?

Being a victim myself, why don’t you tell me what type of evidence you find on someone who has been molested? This is the problem with our so called justice system. When children (or adults) are molested-there is no proof. But in this case, as in my own case, there are several victims-somebody should be able to see the truth. But instead this is what happens most of the time, the prosecutor wants to make a name for himself so he offers a plea so that this piece of trash either gets a very light sentence or probation (thus no “Not Guilty” verdict against him). This is why most them re-offend and re-offend. Most child molesters who take the plea are not even made to register as a sex offender.
If this young man was raped/molested when he was young someone should have reported it and got him some help. But he is old enough now to know the difference between right and wrong, so thats not an excuse! The cycle never ends until someone breaks it…it should have been him. So, I have no pity for this man. I have no pity for any child molester who ruins childrens lives. He should rot in prison with the rest of the trash that is there. Hope he shares a cell with “Bubba”!
As for my case, you can bet when it comes to the “light sentence” he will receive, I’ll be sure to send the information to WIlliam to print here so you all can see how great our justice system is and how they let these dispicable people back on the streets over and over!!!
