Some good looking Lasagne and bread. A good and impressive job by the school for initiating this program. Maybe they could invite folks in from the local community for a nice cooked meal once in a while. Perhaps they can bring in area folks as consultants to teach the younger folks how food was prepared before the age of microwaves and fast food. Nothing makes a person feel really good than having passed down something to the next generation.

429SCJ-The cedar grilled fish is very good if cooked properly. I use hickory or oak to do my fish (Snapper). It's also good to use cooking shrimp.

Has anyone tried cedar board grilling with fish? I am curious as to how it tasted. The lasagna and garlic bread look real good, like right now with a glass of skim milk.
