The law in Florida: If you are sentenced to State Prison, you WILL serve a MINIMUM of 85% of your time behind bars, the remaining time spent on supervised probation. Prisoners still earn gain time but it CANNOT be used to release them before they serve their 85%. In this case the dirtbag will serve 85% of 20 years before he is eligible for supervised probation (parole). Right around 17 years.
