Google it. I would bet money that it wasn’t a 68-72 model.

this is what gives actual racers a bad name…a bunch of kids thinking it’s ok to race on the streets…that what the strip was made for..prayers go out to the family

Our prayers are with the families. Young people are young people where
ever you go, but I seem to see more people who aren’t so young
driving wreck less in muscle cars and in trucks lately.
These two young people will pay a high price too for their stupidity.
I feel so sorry for Mrs. Bundi and her family. She paid the ultimate
price, and her husband lost his mate. I can’t believe someone ran again, I don’t know how they look at themselves in the mirror. People I’m sure know that
car and this man will be found. If he is smart he will turn himself in so
there does not have to be a man hunt, then he should throw himself on
the mercy of the court. I don’t see how he could ever apologize enough
to Mr. Bundi, but if I were him, I would start with a letter saying he is
sorry and taking full responsibility, because a man should always walks upright in this life..

That is what separates the men from the boys.

I am so sorry for everyone involved. Accidents like this one are so avoidable. I won’t say that young people don’t think but I will say that this young person ruined the lives of many people just for the thrill of racing a car. Once the investigation is over, maybe we will know more of the details, I hope that the gentleman that was hit will make a fast recovery. God’s Will and Blessings to you and your family, sir.

One of the last times a death occurred from drag racing locally the driver responsible only got convicted of reckless driving.

REGARDING:
“in 1988 a stupid 21 year old was racing his mustang with another car in century and killed our precious 5 year old granddaughter and her great grandmother. This forever changed our lives.”

I think about that every time I pull out of the grocery store onto US 29. I hadn’t realized how long it had been.

I’m thinkin it’s a 4th gen 2004-2006 model, anybody with a classic GTO would have enough sense Not to be racin it on the streets.

Haviving worked at a Pontiac dealership during the GTO era I can tell you “Orbit Orange” was was the color of the 1970 Judge the first year this color was available on any GTOs. GTOs were available in many other Pontiac colors however, including gold, blue/green, red and black. It sounds like they are looking for a 1970-73 GTO Judge.

Street racing in Gulf Breeze is about as Stupid as you can get. I don’t think it will take too long to find the GTO if it’s a local car, there isn’t too many around and that one is an odd color, most are red or black..
