I agree with you INTERESTED 110%….I believe there should still be a law put into place for reporting a missing child. Shingledecker needs to STOP making excuses for parents! Better yet when a person is found to be guilty of any type of child neglect should be made to have their parts removed to reproduce period!

The very MINUTE your children are not where they are supposed to be and
you looked and made calls to friends family and the neighbors, THEN IT IS
TIME to call the POLICE and see what can be done to help.

ANYONE to stupid to know that, should not have children.
First rule of course to raising children is to WATCH THEM, CHECK ON THEM,
and GO WITH THEM.
