Much of the funding comes from people from outside the town limits, such as those of us who have natural gas service from the Town of Century. It goes down into McDavid. So it's not like they are taxing just the thousand voters that highly. Further, I imagine there are people in Century who don't vote. David contemplating the situation REGARDING:
