A person cannot legally own a gun in the state of florida if he or she has a mental illness that would cause such harm as to use the gun. The same goes for being incapacitated on drugs or alcohol. also, the same goes for minors in control of such weapons. the gun owner should be held accountable. play it smart and go get yourself a weapons permit and start ‘packing’.

Is there really a problem with people having sex with animals? WHO would do that? If someone is crazy enough to do that then they need to be locked up. SICK!!!!

I am a home health nurse and have to go in homes everyday to care for patients, some are mentally unstable and I think we as nures, physical therapist, home health aids ect …. should have a right to know if there are guns in the patients home. Example : a patients grown son decides to shoot something in the next room trying to scare the nurse thinking its funny and the nurse has a heart attack because is a prankster, another ex : a nurse goes into the home to take care of someone’s wd and they are doing drugs in the next room and someone shoots the other person, we have the right to our safety and should have the right to ask that question.

I liked everything, but the law allowing insurance extortion. I though that animal business, (cover the childrens ears), had been illegal since Noah and the flood, better late than never.
