There have been many documented occurances where judges and law enforcment in other states have had a “relationship/deal” with the for profit prisons and junvenile detention camps and have found people guilty and sentenced them to long terms when they were innocent or should have had probation just for their kickbacks. Greed alows people to rationalize their own actions and pervert the justice system for their own ends and profits.

This was a bad idea. Putting control of people who have no power in the hands of a for profit organization is ALWAYS a potential problem. How many corners can they cut to make a dollar?
