a BIG kuddos to the neighbor who was paying attention and then, made the call to the authorities....thats what happens when neighbors watch out for neighbors...thats why i belong to a NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH group!...crime in escambia county continues to be a challenging effort for our law enforcement agencies....due to budget constraints, there are only so many police/sheriffs deputies...thats why ordinary citizens need to step up and do their part by looking out for each other and reporting suspicious goings on....im also currently participating in the CLEA (citizens law enforcement academy) program (sponsored by the ESCAMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE) thats held down at the leonard street station...i would encourage anyone that has a concern for keeping their community a safer place to look into attending as well...(they have a new academy every three month and you have to pass a background check first)...its been a tremendous eye-opener into the many, many aspects of the "behind the scene" law enforcement activities that most of the public are unaware of....knowledge is strength and thats what we need to help better our communities in these days

Two down. Mr Beasley reminds me of that joker from Star Wars with the double ended light saber. May the force be with you two thieves, and work you hard.
