When are the people who make the laws going to realize that as long as we pay children to have more children the situation is only going to get worse? Stop the hand-outs, require people to take responsibility for their children and you will have grown up, working, married people reproducing. Education begins at home. Always has --- always will! I know first hand they don't help the kids in the no kids left behind act. all schools care about is FCAT scores so they can get more money. it's all bull crap. glad i don't have to deal with them any more.
