When I taught at Century Elementary, my students had pen pals with some of the residents at the Century Care Center. We took several ‘field trips’ to visit our special residents too. I was amazed at the quality of care, cleanliness and activities they had for the residents. It never once ’smelled like a nursing home’. I loved the pictures1
