This basically is what this guy have done all his adult life. Several short prison terms but no lesson learned. Several judges slapped his wrist and let him off easy.

To those who make the comment about feeding and housing this person, sometimes it worth it to keep them locked away. If this guy were chinese or eastern europe he would get the death penalty with no appeal and execution in 30 days or less

I’m learning chinese. Boc Choy anyone?

This is my brother’s dad…ya know. I don’t know why he has always been like this. Really, so conniving. It makes me sick. At this point, he gets what he asked for. He rampaged into my godmother’s house (one of those “home invasions”) I am sick of people like this. I live around them every day. He’s 47 and has never kept a job, and never wanted to. Deadbeat and don’t even care. Well we don’t either!

Me,my husband and 3 small children plus a family friend arrived home Aug.20 after being at a b-day party around11:30 to find cops in our yard.. this man broke into our house.. rampaged through our vehicles while we were out…Im glad they caught this guy…he deserves to be locked up and put under the jail.. They god we werent home….

At least he gets 3 hots and a cot now, at our expense. God Bless America, ship the jobs to other countries for cheaper pay so our unemployment keeps diving, and make the prison system a money maker for politicians and other state officials, locking up the broke and desperate.

It is a shame that this person thinks it is ok to take from others instead of doing an honest days work. I should know, he stole from me and my neighbor. Why is it he can steal and rob people and not do any hard time and someone else can put a sign in their yard and go to prison for 5 years? I believe he is past the point of rehab and needs to be behind bars for the rest of his days. The crimes he committed this time are only fueling the fire for him to hurt someone or kill them next time.LOCK HIM UP!!!!!!!!!!

Call the ACLU to post your bond. After all, it is an invasion of your private space to be caught with your hand in someone else’s pocket. And of course, you can use any forceful means necessary to obtain your ill-gotten bounty…….Said with sarcasm.
