After having said that, there are a lot of questions about this situation. If the mexican mafia or any other "pirates" had done this to this man, I believe they would have dumped his body where they found him and taken the boat and probably any money that he had with him. I don't believe the boat would have ever been found by authorities since it probably would have been altered in some way. I have no reason to believe that the mexican mafia would leave a nice boat like that behind for authorities to find. My condolences to the family.
