I saw a tv show last night that said there are/were over 2 million people in prisons. And, everyone yells “not in my backyard” when there is talk about building more prisons. Add in early release because there is not enough room to put in any more. I guess that is why this guy is still out on the streets.

Probably not a good candidate for Mensa

throw in destruction of public property and attempted murder of an officer of the law with a vehicle charges (surely there’s such a law on the books)

With 31 serious and significant entries in the clerk of court records, this guy is the reason repeat offender laws were put on the books. He’s a hazard and a threat to the community. We’ll hear about him again (and again, and again…)
