He was prank calling my sister at work in Molino to the extent that the cops had to get involved. He didn't know her other than seeing her at her work when he came in. He has always been a weird character-and yes everyone knew he was on some major drugs and has been for a long time. He would really give you the creeps just standing near him. I think if this wouldn't have happened, something much worse would have. So this was probably a blessing in disguise for all the Molino residents. Guess he won't be using the phone much anymore.....
