If he was in jail and she was fooling around maybe---just maybe he was upset over that. In DV inncidents..there shouldnt be a "change of heart" ..why didnt the state just go after the guy? I know some1 who got 6 mths probation for a similar situation & I was there & there was no physical attack on the woman ....it was the other way around..he plead no contest just to get the crazy lady out of his life!!!! I am going to take a look at this Pond Street. I have noticed it seems to be the epicenter, for much of the crime that occures in century.
