I guess they figure if they say it enough we will believe it. The investors come to your home and offer you $50,000.00 less than you are asking. Then the people who are desparate and lost their jobs sell at a huge loss and run. Investors are the ones who have run the market into the ground. Most are not local. I watched home after home sell in one week by the same realtors to one investment group. They were all from out of state and cash was paid. All home values are figured on the homes that sold in your area, so my home isn't worth anything now that so many caved in to the blood sucking investors. I am not allowed on here to say what I told them when they tried it on me the same week my realtor sold every home up here in molino that he had but mine. Never believe your realtor is on your side.
