Hes a good person in General and didnt deserve all that time him and his mom are good ppl and help me out when i was going through alot and help me better myself to i prey he is ok no one deserves to be downing him and assuming hes a bad kid or was, hes a smart person and thank you warren and his mom i hope yall are ok

I think that this boy is very dangerous and should stay in prison for a much longer time. No matter what someone does no one has the right to take someomes life. This boy needs to stay where he is at because just think, anyone could be his next victim. And I say this because no one goes into prison crazy and comes out like a shiney new penny.

I actually spoke with his mother myself while she was on her inside the county jail to visit her son. And from my understanding the father was abusive . That is why the older of the two kids committed suicide. My prayers go out to him.nobody knows what that poor child has gone threw.

The boy repeatedly said he didn’t know why he did it. Perhaps mental instability is a suppressed family trait. Mental illness does frequently run in families. This poor mother has lost her husband and both of her children. She may be clinging to the only family she can salvage, or she may truly know that her son would never do this in his correct state of mind. Perhaps he did snap… or maybe years of anguish from repressed memories of losing his brother came to the surface and he couldn’t deal with it anymore.

While this is a tragic story full of uncertainties, please let us all be clear about one thing — it is entirely inappropriate to accuse the boy’s father of any wrongdoing.

This has been insinuated in multiple posts by people who have NO knowledge of the situation.

Lt. Col. Williams cannot defend himself, so someone must. He was one of the kindest gentlest men I have ever had the privilege to meet. He was a talented Marine fighter pilot, a decorated combat hero and winner of the Silver Star. He served his country, his community and his family to the best of his considerable abilities, and he is entirely without fault in this tragedy.

Let us not compound the tragedy by unfairly besmirching the good name and character of the victim.

“There but for the Grace of God go I”. May God have mercy on us all.

No one ever really can be sure what goes on in anyone else’s mind,
then again you also can never be sure what happens behind

I too believe there is more to this sad story. Why would this child just get up, go into another room and retrieve a gun and just shoot his dad? I am, under no circumstances, blaming the father. This is just so sad all the way around……I pray for all involved!
