I still hope the FEDS just keep right on going,. There are plenty more
where these people came from.

DRUGS are at the bottom of everything in Molino.

Keep up the good work officers, but as for the judges, I guess we just
need all new ones. None of these sentences are JUSTICE!

Just stating if there was a actual punishment for things done wrong we wouldn’t have the revolving door system an people would think twice before they let their easy money an addictions take priority over life i’n general

a gentle “pat” on the hand for these two….25 hrs/ 100 hrs community service!….i dont really give a crap if it seems slanted favorably towards the male…i can only imagine how disappointed the DEA officers are, in light of all the work they invested into this operation…i am very skeptical that some token community service and a 5 yr probation sentence will persuade them to change their low-life ways.

Come on people. It’s not all about the court room or judges. Alot of diffrent issues are involved in sentencing. Criminal history is one. If you have never been charged with a crime then you get a better deal. If you have then the punishment is harsher. It’s really simple if you are looking and not just trying to complain. Please do research before you make up your mind if the court system is unfair. and try to spread your opinion. Besides if you screw up probation then you get another sentence. This way it’s up to the person to do the right thing.

Believe me, I’m not a big fan of probation, but this is the system we have.

I thought I was reading this wrong….Only thing that is does not show is how Odom pleaded…Lambeth is listed as “No Contest” to 7 charges.

Same System and we now see, within the same article, how differently it truly works based on the court room/judge that you draw..Amazing!!

These kind of sentences encourage crime,but there is nowhere to put people,the jails are full. If you think about it, if you want to rob a bank or or mug someone in a parking lot you may get away with it or if you get caught the sentence is not going to amount to much anyway. Our judicial system urges you to break the law.
