Just another big bill for medical care that you and I have to pay for. Maybe the cops should just be able to stick a tongue depressor down his throat and make him throw it up. It would save time and resources and maintain the evidence. Sick and tired of paying for people who intentionally commit criminal acts and then expect to treated like respectable people.
