If Hawkins can bring jobs in and boost the local economy then i'm all for him. Sometimes in order for changes to take place you have put the right people in those places and I believe that Henry Hawkins will do whats best for Century. After all how many businesses have McCall brought to Century and how has he boosted the economy for the town? The state and federal government have grants for small towns to develop and rehabilitate the towns but the Mayors won't apply. For instance Mayor Bondurant can get so many grants to develop Flomaton and bring business here but he won't because he see's that as competiton for his hardware store and lumber mill. If businesses come in and pay more than Bondurant then most of his employees would possibly leave for higher pay that's why they won't bring business in because not every will work for peanuts.
