People who live just down the road were shooting them off into the woods, so I called the sheriff's 911 number and was told that "we don't have enough people to stop all the illegal fireworks so when your woods catch on fire you can call back". Why bother making laws you can't enforce? No wonder everyone here says "it doesn't matter, nothing will be done".
