This is for thinks too hard…. The apparatus in mention only cost $300,000 not $500,000. You should also attend the fire college and you would know why apparatus are parked at different places on emergency scenes. The fire was handled quickly and no one got hurt, job well done… i know you are not a firefighter or you would have known what the apparatus cost and why the apparatus was staged where it was…. If you are, you are the dumbest one ever and i suggest you quit before you get yourself or someone else hurt….

@thinks to hard. Most departments stage their first due pumper on the FDC (Fire Department connection) to facilitate pumping the sprinkler system. It looks like this is no different. I love how people with no working knowledge of the fire service are so quick to make an armchair quarterback call.

They do make reverse on that model an no smoke or fire showing exposed through the roof. Firetruck wasn’t i’n any immediate danger would be my guess..leave the firefighting to the guys who do all the training to know where to park their firetrucks would be a good start …
