I’ve known Daniel for several years now and I dont believe it happened that way… Not saying that I agree with all his decisions he’s made in the time that i’ve known him, but he is a good guy… Everyone makes mistakes and hopefully they can both get past this and move on…

Hmmmmmmmmmmm you would think that the court system could still do something. The laws are there but you have to help them do the job.

Some times in the heat of the moment we do things that on reflection are not the best or wisest course of action. Only two people know what happen—maybe we should let it go at that. I know on NorthEscambia there are a lot of people who sure make a rush to judgement with out having any of the facts. Wishing them both luck—they’ll need it.

The court system is designed to wear the victim down. All in the name of protecting the abuser.

I agree with shocked…. Just because “the victim declined to prosecute” doesn’t mean the incident didn’t happen. Hope both of them can resolve their differences before something worse happens.

Unfortunately victims decline to prosecute every day in this country for many different reasons, and it doesn’t mean it didn’t happen, and it doesn’t mean
it won’t happen again.

As I said the truth will always prevail. Knowing him for only a few years I can say I felt this would be the outcome wishing the best for all parties involved
