It amazes me sometime the things people try and defend. It is never right to hit your spouse or girlfriend!! Pretty simple I don’t care how well you might like someone or how long they been together it is still wrong. There is a reason there is a law about it. They should have put his sorry butt under the jail. Just sayiong there is a right and a wrong and he was wrong if he hit her.

Sorry about confusing you. I wasn’t mis-answering what you asked, I was answering wow’s question included in “ALSO KNOW THAT THEY HAVE BEEN INSEPERABLE FOR THE LAST 4 YEARS, AT LEAST. SO, HOW IS THAT KIDNAPPING?????”

It was the response just before yours. I copied and pasted what was asked to avoid misinterpretation and confusion. Double checking would have caught that. WOW understood.

I’m sure you are well educated because you said so; I was just answering your question as to how forcing someone to go across state lines against their will is defined as kidnapping.

I haven’t knocked anyone in the Flomaton Police Department or even said whether or not I believe the event happened as reported or whether or not men should beat up girls if they don’t do what they’re told.

If none of it happened, maybe law enforcement could look at the one who filed a false report, but you’d probably defend them too.
