Bet he was born and raised there..no doubt! Hilarious!" By the mistaken assumption that crimes are committed by locals, WOW shows that is not always the case. (I infer WOW feels some prejudice against Jay, but could be wrong.) Most criminals have automobiles and can drive to other areas to commit crimes, so they may or may NOT be local. (I even knew one person who was angry when a McDavid lady robbed a McDavid store -- not for the robbery but because she didn't go outside of McDavid to do the deed.) Some people from Jay HAVE committed crimes in the distant past, some may have even gone to Milton to do so. Maybe it balances out. I figured most folks in Jay, if they decided to commit a crime, would have done a better job of it than this poor devil. Crime isn't a local problem.
