If there is no law in the north end why is it everytime I go for a drive in the country I see them, 99A, 97A, hwy 4, pinebarren road, and let us not forget that banty rooster of a game warden we have up there, he’s a one man task force! , that guy covers some ground. Sheriff Morgan is not perfect, but look at what we have had to contend with in the past. Dear citizen, what is the true nature of your agenda?

You people up north need to take note. I’ve been telling you all along that you were promised more officers during Morgans campaign and now your told the calls for service don’t warrant for the whole two officers per shift you have up there now. Keep in mind too that their area goes from W Roberts to just about McDavid, east over to Santa Rosa and west over to the Ala line and out 97 to Dogwood Park. If you live in Dogwood Park and need some help and they are in Cantonment working a call, I hope you don’t need them soon. With all the shootings in Century and the other crimes in McDavid and all, it’s looks like Morgan wants to wait till you all up there turn your streets into Brownsville before he gives you any more officers. Instead of acting, he wants to react as usual. We need someone who knows what they are doing in office.

I thought General Morgan has already done one of his Clean Sweeps through that area and cleaned it up. Wasn’t this one of the areas that he kept bringing up while campaigning against McNesby saying that the residents shouldn’t live in fear?

There is not currently a statute that deputies can use to charge someone with attempted murder. Deputies charge the suspect with Aggravated Battery (see definition below), the the State Attorney can amend the charge to Attempted Murder (F.S.S 784) if they choose to.

Florida State Statute 784.045 Aggravated battery.—
(1)(a) A person commits aggravated battery who, in committing battery:
1. Intentionally or knowingly causes great bodily harm, permanent disability, or permanent disfigurement; or
2. Uses a deadly weapon.

The whole lenght of Cervanties St., including Brownsville is seeing the arrival of the gentry, I was visiting a friend the other day in the area, she told me she has had enough and is selling out, I noticed as I left the low fuel light in my vehicle was on, and that my fuel gauge no longer indicated a full tank. These guys will be relocated out in the county soon, when the property taxes go up.
