I am glad i didnt get the MAX SENTANCE AND “ATTEMPTED MURDER ” everyone with those type comments have lost there minds… i have a son , i own a house, i own a business, i manage a shop, i am normal just like all of you…. i just so happen to be at the wrong place at the wrong time….

Hopefully one day life won’t catch you by surprise, because when it does… you will have a lot of people judging your character , and ya know what? theres only 1 judge i will listen to ….. and we all will have to face him….

Weapon of war? Does it matter the type of weapon they were shooting? Jesus, no wonder the hippies want to take the guns away from those of us who follow the rules. I own military type rifles and they are not weapons of war unless they are used in a war. i hunt with an M-4; perfectly legal with a 5 round mag. The gun didn’t do it. Stop demonizing an inanimate object.

At a guess, the one who got 20 years showed some attitude which convinced the judge to go above the bare minimum. These MAY have convinced the judge they were too stupid to realize what they were doing. Plus, don’t forget that any time in prison maybe an AIDS death sentence.

well my family lives just behind that house. they better be glad that one them was not hurt. i would have to make a special visit to find them. someone has always been shooting over there at that trailer. mr crepeau should throw everybody off that piece of land and clean it up. starting to look like a junk yard anyway. wish i really would have pushed to buy that from him couple years ago. glad no one was hurt. sad thing is i doubt any of them have learned a lesson.

I remember a guy named Robert Piehl who got 20 years for firing a gun into someones house in Barth here a while back. It was done with a 22 not a weapon of war that these guys had. Also he wasn’t a convicted felon so why is it that these thugs get away with this? 3 years hardly sounds fair to me. People with guns like they had and just looking at them you know they weren’t out there just for the pleasure of owning a AK or a Mac. They are thugs and wanna be gangsters. I’ve done work on power poles in south florida they have bullet holes from those types of guns all the way through 3/8″ steel the poles are made from. When they let one off at the house they wanted to see what it would do. You can be assured if they weren’t caught and relieved of their toys they would have done worse damage later. 3 years should have been 20

Well they should have all been charged with attempted murder.
If the shot had to be deliberate (according to the officer) towards the home and the victim had it whiz next to their head, these three are just no good and the next time we hear of them it will be for MURDER. They have to make restitution to
the home owner, well how about all the police, court costs, and incarceration.
Are they going to pay US back.

Our justice system is broken and is just a revolving door and a kiss on the
hand. What is to be learned from that, absolutely NOTHING.

They ALL should have gotten the 3 yrs!!!! You just dont do things like that..& the ages of the men(used losely) well..they know the laws & should know better..you dont mess w/someone else’s stuff!!!
