This incident is just sorry, there are no other words for individuals acting in this manner. The Victim of the assault was no better. She went home and told whoever
and he gathered a posse and went out to do vigilante justice. As to the
matter of cops, I can’t believe you think all cops are good, like they are
not human beings and all different individuals. Sometimes they respond but the response is not good for many reasons. Sometimes they respond and they are
wonderful, it depends on who you get. They ARE NOT all carbon copies
of the same uniformed man.

I would agree with you that all calls are answered……..
unfortunately sometimes it is several hours later. I called once about a breaking and entry that I was watching take place befor me, the ECSO arrived almost 3 hours latter. I watched the bad guys leave and come back for more…..
so much for fast response……..

happens all the time, there are shows on TV about it in LA and other big cities. this is the begining of
“THUG CENTRAL”
the start of gang violence, perhaps these teens are not as organized yet, but it will be here soon. these stories seem to show up more and more in this area.
it is proven over and over most citizens will watch and do nothing to stop or prevent this activity. but remember these are tough areas and folks are more likely to stay behind their locked door and pretend nothing is going on…..

Let’s all be honest. Doesn’t this seem to happen A LOT in these types of situations? Recently someone was shot and killed in Pensacola and there were dozens of witnesses who said they saw the guy get killed and that he was a “GREAT GUY” these witnesses couldn’t even tell the police the “great guys” first name, only a nic-name and then they couldn’t OR WOULDN’T tell the police the facts that they supposedly witnessed. But everyone at the scene seemed to really ham it up for the t.v. camera’s (overly dramatic.) So tired of people wanting to report crimes and then refuse to give real information. All of these people involved ranged from 15 to 20 years old. DUMB DUMB KIDS! Wanting to “play gangster” and be all bad and unfortunately we will all pay for them when they all end up in prison one day for being stupid.

Another response to “cop hater” I guarantee you that the deputies responded.. According to the article, however, when they got there, there was almost nothing they could do, because out of 100 people, there were “very few” who would cooperate and try to help.. The deputies do their jobs, sometimes at their own peril.. It seems to me that all of these 100 people all should have cooperated and helped them do their job.. This is basic good citizenship..

Deputies responded to each and every call out there, just as they respond to each and every disturbance they are dispatched to.
I find it hard to believe that you’ve called the Sheriff’s Office to report a disturbance and they did not respond. That just doesn’t happen.
