		<description>Benefits to the state should include: fewer house fires, fewer emaciated seniors, better individual health and associated lower medical costs, lower food costs since purchased in bulk and for specific purposes.

Benefits to the individuals would include socializing opportunities, fewer dishes to wash, better meals (if most only cook as well as I do).

Might be a good thing, worth looking into.
