I would like to see some of our legislators live on that. If rich companies are allowed
to pay such meager inhumane wages, then the people who work for us should
be paid even less, as we are all broke! Oh I forgot. Our legislators go into
closed rooms in the middle of the night and vote for THEIR OWN RAISES.

“It took a lawsuit on behalf of Florida’s lowest paid workers to get the increase” I thought we voted to be $1 above the national Minumal a few years ago and that they were just now catching up?

Anyone remember that?
