We are not given a choice on how that money is going to be invested so you might as well count on that money being gone when we do retire from DOC. Several liberal judges across the state daily are slapping convicted offenders on the wrist and letting them back on the streets. Case in point: the convicted guy who was drunk and killed two people and only got a one year suspended sentence. Oh yeah he also lost his driving rights. Like that's going to keep him from driving.
