I dont want to hear or see any persons opinion on this situation. I am lucky to be alive and should not be alive right now. I dont remember the wreck or anything before it. But i do know THAT I WAS NOT SPEEDING!!!! even the highway patrol said i was not speeding. AND I ALSO KNOW FOR A FACT I WAS NOT USING MY CELL PHONE!!!! only an idiot would use a phone and drive. and @concerned driver, i do not care what your "opinion" is. you were not in the car with me so how would know if i was speeding or not? everyone needs to keep their petty little comments to themselves. i was the only one in the car. no one else. no one knows the truth but me. We were without power for almost 4 hours because of the repairs to the pole. Whether he was using a cell phone or not is not really relevant, with this type of damage and destruction of the vehicle, the driver was clearly going too fast. It was raining and the speed limit there is 45, but that looks like he was going much faster than 45 at the time of the accident. He is very lucky to be alive considering the condition of the vehicle. It is a great thing that the driver survived. We were without power for almost 4 hours because of the repairs to the pole.
