That same unnamed tree service was down my road also, I called Gulf Power because they left such a mess and did such a sloppy job. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for what they cut or where. As near as I can see on my rd they have destroyed more than they have helped.
Plus when they downed that wire it was in the road unattended for a good while I saw it and drove on it thinking it was a “bracing” cable for the pole. So they certainly are lacking in the safety department.
The care of our trees and pruning needs to be done by someone who has an education on the topic. Not just able to start and operate a chain saw.

The unnamed tree service should bear the entire financial
burden for this mishap.

As a professional tree service, they are suposed to have the
skill to remove trees without causing any collateral damage !
